Program and operator

Separate, optional consent
You can choose service-related SMS, promotional SMS, both, or neither through separate unchecked boxes on our inquiry or SMS opt-in form. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can request services without subscribing to texts.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies according to your inquiries, appointments, service activity and promotional campaigns. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier about charges.
Unsubscribe and assistance
Once the SMS program is active, reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe from PETACA LLC texts. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation; no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected]. A STOP request applies to both service and promotional SMS from that sending number.
Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Delivery providers may process necessary information solely to deliver the program on our behalf. Read our Privacy Policy for more detail.
Delivery and availability
SMS availability depends on verification, provider activation and carrier support. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not an emergency contact channel. Submission of the inquiry or SMS opt-in form does not confirm an appointment.
Your responsibilities
Only subscribe using a mobile number you are authorized to use. Tell us if your number changes. The program is intended for adults. Contact us by email if you need to update your preferences.
Program changes
We may update or discontinue the program. Material changes to message purposes may require new consent. The current effective date appears on this page.
